Short and sweet update today so we can show you this sneak peak of the all-new Sorento coming this fall.
First of all, can we just say that it’s fascinating watching new-age artists working on those tablets. If you look on YouTube, you can find tons of videos of digital artists bringing photorealistic images to life in what seems like no time at all.
And then secondly, check out that Sorento concept drawing. We see huge wheels and a bold new front end shining out from the shadow, and we can’t wait to see more. The overall swept-back style is a look that echoes from the Optima and the Sedona. Wraparound head and taillights look like they will tie it all together.
This design is a collaboration between Kia’s designers in Korea, Germany, and the United States, so it will be a model meant to do well everywhere. Kia announced on their corporate blog that the newest version of its best-selling SUV will be on display in Korea come the end of August, and the new Sorento will have its official unveiling at the Paris Motor Show in October.
When they keep bringing us beautiful cars like this one, we have no problem saying that there’s never been a better time to get behind the wheel of a Kia. We’ll have more news on the third-generation Kia Sorento when we hear it, so keep an eye on this space. If you’re interested in any of Kia’s other models, feel free to visit us at Leith Autopark Kia.
